So you would set up exactly the same way to play against a shit team, who would have no intention of putting all their players behind the ball and desperately hoping for a 0-0 or to pinch a goal on the break, as you would against Barcelona, who would dominate territory and possession?
Stopping opponents doesn't even have to be negative.
It may be that the best way to stop some teams is to press really hard up the pitch to put pressure on their defence to stop them getting the ball to good players higher up the pitch.
It may not be major changes you need to make, but you should always be aware of an opponent's strengths and weaknesses.
