I don't see how moving from one coach who plays a 4-4-2 to another who does the same, but with less experience is going to produce better results. If the answer lies in the personnel we intend to bring in this term, then Del Neri might as well stay. I don't see Conte as a drastic improvement. Sure, he's better than Mazzarri, but I'd much prefer Guidolin or even Gasperini if being Italian is the only way forward for this club.
