at 32, Pirlo ain't going to do much running so he needs people around him to move ..can't seem to see him work in Conte's formation

I didn't read the whole article but, I can only see that Capello can compare the ages of Conte and Guardiola how they are young caoches. I can't seem to see if he is or how he can put conte on guardiola's level which can't be compared.
