Formula 4-2-4

Conte said of the off the field, we try to analyze how the former coach of Arezzo, Bari and Siena deploys his men on the pitch. His teams have precise features and he certainly did not hide it: "Many people talk about me - we had already said at the time of Arezzo - saying that the game with 4-4-2. Not true, I'm the only one to play with 4-2-4. I want 4 strikers in line with me, the wings must be very high.

Who remembers the Delneri of Chievo, we will see many similarities and
in fact, the philosophy of play is that of the various Eriberto
, Manfredini, but also Corini, Perrotta, Corradi, and so on.

I have stated before pirlo won't do work with him and another CM. He needs another 2 CMs along side of him to play... 4-3-3, and 4,3,2,1 are prob his best use

at 32, Pirlo ain't going to do much running so he needs people around him to move ..can't seem to see him work in Conte's formation

so, if we have pirlo is there more of a chance that AVB will arrive? Just read on the vecchia signora forum that SS24 says that is not 100% that AVB will stay at porto and that Fernando is on his way out and maybe Falcao as well..

NO TO CONTE AS COACH !!!!

I liked him as a player, but seriously, what has he done as a coach ???

His chance in Serie A came with Atalanta...and we all know how that ended up

Gasperini is my choice...were not gonna get Van Gaal, Mazzari, etc...

What I see is that how can Capello say Conte is like Guardiola. I didn't read the whole article but, I can only see that Capello can compare the ages of Conte and Guardiola how they are young caoches. I can't seem to see if he is or how he can put conte on guardiola's level which can't be compared.

All my respect to Conte, but he's going to be a loltastic manager. We won't attract top talent without starting from the head, the coach, but that's something Agnelli and Co don't understand. We might as well keep Mr MIIILOOOOOSSSSS.
