Wrong. A small fee for the loan with right to buy if he excels like we think he will. Not to mention he is 22. Young compared to Tiago/Poulsen when we bought them, plus he has Serie A experience which can't be neglected when the 2 i mentioned had none.
Tiago and Poulsen do have some international experience, both in european competitions as well as international competitions. Ofcourse he's young and could possibly develop into a good player, but with the current conditions at Juve, I doubt it

yes they did. but they didn't have experience from serie a. the same with seva and chelsea. this guy is young, he has experience and the best part is that we will loan him. if he doesn't prove himself, he is out...

there is no risk in this transfer...

A team built around the two of them consisting of Buffon, Chiellini, Sissoko, Melo, Marchisio, Gio, Trez, DP, Amauri aint all the bad. Now if we can get our players that are misfiring like Amauri to start hitting the target we will be bad ass.
That maybe true and he could make Alonso type passes to Diego every game but it will be useless when Diego looks up and sees our static strikers not making runs and our wingbacks not overlapping to put in crosses.

If this was the type of player Ciro needed all along to get his system to work then he should of insisted on this type of player in the beginning.

I think we're just hoping this will solve our problems but i don't think it will, I hope im wrong.

Does he have pace or is our Midfield going to consist of another non runner?

Ok I just realized that he's on a loan, but with an option to buy?
It's hard to generalize like 'he has Serie A experience', so has Melo, but he's fairly dissapointing so far.

PS. Osman, read post #231 on page 12:D
Just did

Oh my, we have a full blown case of a whole terrorist cell endangering the fragile minds of our repective docile sheeps that is our posters, with the blatant misinformation of the player level and type to spread utter venomous chaos (due to their damage of those simple posts, I forsee Candreva being completely flamed after his first mediocre performance, R.I.P :( ).

Nah, he has got some pace. I don't expect him to make alonso type passes but i do expect him to be the kind of midfielder that will take players on, and isnt afraid to unless a cannon from outside of the box. Something different that what we are used to. Another dynamic from our midfield.

there should be an option. our board is not so stupid. (i want to think)

the thing with melo is very complicated. they are many issues right there. i mean, he did great games with fiorentina some months ago. even now with brazil he does good games. so there may be ferrara that uses him wrong. in addition to this, in the begging of the season he played some great games, then when the whole team started to collapse, he started to ply badly too...

of course serie a experience is not a fact that mens that a player will be 100% successful. but it gives more possibilities to the player to succeed. and immediate success is something that we need right now...
