Brilliant, and there's no need to bring extra fullback since we have Chiellini. That kind of variation offers simply everything. Kovac is clearly Canna's backup while Tudor can easily rotate with Thuram. Zambrotta and Chiellini can handle the job on the left flank while Pessotto is capable of covering Zebina. Birindelli will be used only in very rare situations. BTW, IMO Tudor isn't going unless some world class defender really arrives, which I doubt seriously.

we need another central defender , thuram and canna are the only two that we can rely on , monteron and ferrara off , legro sold , tudor also will be sold , pessoto and birindilli cant play in central defence , we need another 2 players who can play in that place as a backup for calcio and cl games

We have atleast one decent back up for CB,
but what happens if Zebina gets injured/suspended? Biri cant be compared with Kovac or even Chiellini
and what happens if Camo gets injured?
Mancini is needed much more than a CB
and he is a true investment as he can replace Zebina and make our team even stronger,
we sould invest on a RB most than CB,
we already have Kovac,we just need a good youngster there,
we cant have two Kovac class players for every player in our team
