Yeah, but I've been looking at the Cyanogen forum and they still dont have a stable ROM build for the 2X, only the nightly versions which still have a few significant issues.

TBH, I'd go for a Samsung before of a HTC. The Samsung Galaxy S was the best phone on the market at its time (a the SGS II is now) and I dont see a HTC in the same class being better (AFAIK that would be the Desire or Desire S)


Although my gf likes the HTC so I'll probably get her a HTC, Desire S probably if I can find it for a decent price, but for now the Galaxy S is cheaper.

You clearly don't know about the Incredible S and HTC Sensation then.

You clearly don't know about the Incredible S and HTC Sensation then.

I know about both, but Galaxy S is around 2800 SEK, Sensation around 4500 and Incredible S is 3500. Therefore, they're not in the same price class

That's not much of a difference between the SGS and the IS and the IS is a much better device in terms of everything. The front camera alone is enough.

Aren't the Galaxy S and Vibrant pretty much the same phones? Anyway, if you can't get the Sensation, then go for teh G2x.

It has a better front camera, but I cant say thats a big issue for me. What else makes it better?

Samsung are the second mobile phone manufacturer in the world and have tons of great phones, so they must be doing something right
