Hook it up to a computer via sd card reader, or mount it through phone? right click format and on the drop down option it should have fat32?

Once you connect the USB cable, you should have an app called USB-to-PC connection, or something named similar to that in your Settings Menu. Just go there and choose Disk Drive or USB Mass Storage. you should also see this option in the notification bar once you connect the USB.
