Nope. The G2 runs stock Android. The HTC Desire Z, which has the same hardware, runs Sense.

PS: When I say stock, I usually mean an HTC\operator approved ROM that came with the phone or was updated officially.

Trouble in paradise, I cannot update to Gingerbread because of my fucking Radio and SPL and the most annoying is that I am not able to change them.

@Kasaki: Why don't you try installing in that ROM anyway? I don't see any explicit instructions to not install it on non-CM ROMs.
