I need that sexy beast to come home
Leicester were the main interest from the premiership...and bid for him recently.
"The offer was submitted and it was not rejected. In next days we will again meet with people from Leicester City and we will talk a little bit more," Juricic (Rijeka DoS) told Novi list.
"Our main goal is that both sides must be happy with the potential transfer: we as a club and he as a striker. So we are not only talking with Leicester City, but also to other clubs.
"But let's not talk about names. What counts at the moment is that everything is still open."
Seems a tough move for a kid with the likes of Juve and Chelsea sniffing around him, given the horrid lack of creativity in the Leicester ranks. Still, there are few other options in the premiership for January. Liverpool are the only half decent side who need extra striking power other than West Brom, Hull and perhaps Villa (although I have faith the big black fella will power them into safety).
No space at Juve if he were to arrive. Seba may of course be moved on, I hope so, rather than lose him for 0 in the Summer and have him take up space in the squad. If Seba goes, perhaps we will aim for Berardi or Zaza in January, else one of them in Summer perhaps.
Interesting player, but 10m for a kid untested in a strong league is a fair whack. Besides, we need to focus on the LB and AM positions first and foremost. As encouraging as Pereyra has been, he can't shoot for shit, which is a problem for a player who often gets into goalscoring positions. He has 5 months to improve, as presently he doesn't seem worth 15m.
Can't see us signing Kramaric for 10m.
Perhaps worth mentioning that Coman may well be loaned out, which potentially frees up another spot in the offensive unit.
