Mark has been guruing for a while. I would say he gets it right around 30% of the time :p. The problem arise from the other so called gurus that appeared out of nowhere

Any views on Beck? Never watched him and it would be great if someone can write an informative post about him.

Remarkably quiet around this guy. You'd think there would be more talk about Beck. He does get mentioned in the media at times, but not more than a name-drop, saying we've been interested for months.

Anything new? Confirmation he's leaving Hoffenheim or stuff like that?

Germany international Andreas Beck appears to be on his way out of Hoffenheim, as the club's owner Dietmar Hopp has revealed that the defender is likely to move on this summer.

The right-back is continually linked with a move to a bigger club, and struggling Serie A giants Juventus are reportedly keen to sign Beck ahead of the 2011-12 campaign.

The highly-rated defender is continually linked with a move to a bigger club and Juventus still seem to be an option for the coveted full-back

"Everything points toward a transfer. There are more interesting teams in the world than Hoffenheim for a player of his calibre," Hopp was quoted as saying by Zeit Online.

Beck's current contract with the Bundesliga outfit runs until the summer of 2012, but the Sinsheim side have the option to extend the defender's deal for an additional year.

Juventus are reportedly ready to offer €5 million for the 24-year-old, who sits 729th in the Castrol EDGE Rankings
We shouldn't buy him because he is ranked low in the castrol rankings lol

I stopped reading goal.com after I clicked on an article that read

''Del Piero to sign for Inter Milan!!''

of course it was some other youth player with the same last name but they still showed a picture of our Ale beside the script.

As for Beck, I agree with you 100%, we should sign lichtsteiner ahead of him without a doubt
