It doesnt get any harder than managing a huge club and where players know you're an amateur and learning on the job. The leaders we had in the dressing room were just as big as him, if not bigger and without a doubt he needs a place where he can grow and learn, which im sure he will. Them 2 trophies gives him a good foundation to start somewhere where theres less pressure. Whether he makes it or not time will tell, one things for certain, it aint over just yet.
Let's not even mention Luis Enrique winning a treble with Barca. Where did he go from there? He's literally a nobody today.
Its nice that he won those two trophies but honestly it means little in the grand scheme of things.
This guy doesn't have the intensity of a Conte nor the tactical nous of an Allegri(atleast not yet). All he has some ideas which sounds fancy on paper but it obviously it takes a lot more than just ideas to successfully implement it in practice.
Let's see how his career goes but for some reason I think his hipster ideas are doomed to fail, atleast in Italy.
