I love Pirlo and it would hurt if he falters and become a hate figure, like ferrera etc.

Honestly I am really against hiring any Italian managers. But since the board decided to hire an Italian again, Pirlo is the most exciting choice.

I know fans seem to love that but it's never really bothered me. If you have to scream at players it's a sign you're not doing something well, and seems less and less important in modern football.

I agree, however i’d add it’s an attribute also intended for disciplinary/tactical reasons just aswell, but indeed i think it’s required/applied much more to rather younger/inexperienced squads this days.
