When he plays, the players play away from him. When we start the build up, everyone is running away looking for space, expecting him to magically find them. in these games its extremely difficult for him to build our play like that, but that's all his fault in truth, he's been so good at picking up the ball from the back and distributing throughout his career that everyone In the team has absurd expectations. The moment he left the pitch though, everyone wanted to contribute cause they know we didn't have a quality distributor and that in turn made us a better more compact unit. Couple that with his not so great defensive abilities I reckon he shouldn't be a starter anymore for us.
