Pirlo: 'Juve need work to reach Barca level'
3 days later: Barca 1-1 against 10 men Alaves :green:
Yeah Prilo's comments is making the loss worse. Barca are not the top-top level to be reached, questionable judgement if he truly believes that. I wouldn't have been bothered by the loss early in the season if there were good takeaways from it to improve for the rest of the season.

Team keeps losing focus. The same shit as last season when we would go into sleep mode after taking a lead. Spezia is so weak, that it really should be one sided game. Come on, give a good speach at half time, motivate this group!!

I don't. Before others point out we have started slow before - yes, but that was with actual coaches on the sideline giving you hope for things to change rather soon. I don't see that with Pirlo. We still look all over the place.

Hope I'm wrong.
We got cozy, I'd genuinely be very surprised if we win our 10th with this man....

Good win. The subs were spot on.

I’m not convinced by either Arthur or McKennie, but they obviously need to start for rotational purposes given how packed the schedule is. When all is said and done, our playing 11 after the subs is probably our strongest lineup right now and the play showed the same.

Too often do we have one midfielder dropping to get the ball out of defence, either the back line is too far back or the mids don't present low enough

Also please enough of this goal kick routine, we just play ourselves into trouble

Need to be more direct

A big win but there are huge issues.

This 3 at the back is massively exposed, far too many chances and space for Spezia. I keep hearing about is being a 4 when we defend but it isn't working out that way. The space in particular behind Chiesa was massive. Maybe it is him not being up to speed yet with the role but it needs fixed. The midfield are also adding no protection to the defence. I'd like to see is build a bit more calmly at times instead of always going for the killer pass and losing the ball.

Another game another odd starting lineup too.

We have looked better when we've played a natural left back there and gone flat 4 at the back

Just play Frabotta

Good result. The win was more needed to get going rather than the three points. CR7 is back now for the others to join and then we'll see how things evolve.
