Yea I agree. I think we were only that little bit off. A few good acquisitions and we could easily win next year

Unfortunately, he just didn't add enough of the creativity we needed.

I still would like him to stay next season.

I know his time is up, but what I'm worried about Pirlo leaving is the names that come up to replace him. Khedira, Kondogbia, Witsel, etc. None of them are playmakers. We are already lacking in creativity.

Don't get me wrong, I think Marchisio will replace him in the starting 11 and do an excellent job there, but he can't play every game.
