He would be rested if he needed be, he obviously has muuuuuuuuuuch better fitness then fans give him credit for. Considering its only fans asking for it, but the manager hardly thinks its an issue. Was same in Milan, played nonstop for them when healthy, despite their fans fussing over resting him too.

Pirlo has 3 key passes per game, only topped by Cazorla who plays AMF :D . Flattering statistics, though I'm not quite sure how they derived what constitues a "key pass".

Pass that leads to a good shot on goal? I wonder if they watch the games and just make a judgement. Pirlo usually creates ~2 great chances a game and 2-3 half-chances. I doubt they include crosses and free kicks though.

Seriously? That's pretty weak..

Drawing 1-1 with Chelsea and losing 1-0 to Manchester City (very narrowly, I might add) in successive matches is hardly a disgrace for a team playing its second season in the Premier League.
nah i am just playing with ya, check out his stats at the end of a full season though. he may just have found his perfect match with laudrup's style of play but how successful that is away to Stoke during the winter months will define their season

Yeah, he said as much when he joined Swansea, that the prospect of joining a team that likes to move the ball along the ground was a perfect fit for him.

I really look forward to seeing what he produces over the course of this season. He's due for a goal or two as well (hopefully 5). Swansea fans are already guessing that the club will be forced to cash in on him after two seasons.

he looked excellent in the SPL but how he performs down there will be a better indicator as we all know how poor Scottish football is,at least i do
