I like that he showed some passion for this team like he played here for years. and this is Conte's effect maybe.

They all grew up watching the great Juventus, so trust me when I say this all Italian players are passionate about Juve.

In the long it is a clear downgrade, we are practically replacing Aquilani with Pirlo.
Pirlo has once been a greater player, far greater player, BUT Aquilani is always a decade younger and the decision to scrap u will hurt as in the long run, esp if we sell off Sissoko for peanuts in the process.
1-2 years for now the Pirlo-Pazienza duo will be worthless, while Aquilani-Sissoko will be useful, at least for depth.
And there is always the chance that Aquilani will grow better after he gets a permanent contact and fits in.

Also consider Pirlo's form, hes def not a starter material atm...
Its a clear downgrade for us, smart move from Milan!

In the first half he was wasting passes a lot and trying that mid-range lob over and over again without any result but in the second he was superior to all other midfielders.
