Let's hope he's not tired for Udine. Thankfully both these games are at home so players probably save a day in travel and can use it to relax. It must be quite a task playing every 3 days post 30 years of age. I think only Vidal! Vuci, and Matri to some extent were rested. Why didn't PdC play btw? Tactical choice or injury?

He didn't run much today, he was just standing there and sending balls left and right.

He was so relaxed and sending the ball exactly where it should go.
That's two matches in a row now.
He looked dead vs Cagliari and he looked the same for over a month. Then something happened on Saturday. Hope it lasts. No needless holding of the ball and lots of precise, creative passes.

I think his effort in defense was more impressive, running from side to side, nicking balls here and there. The passes he made were pretty easy ones because of Roma's pressing/openings.

How can you doubt the man. He invented his own position - 'lazy f*k who sprays around a few nice passes and looks cool'

In every other country bar Italy - he'd probably be a B league player.
