What I find most perplexing is silence from normal boisterous Tuz posters about Agnelli

Quick to credit Agnelli for all 9 scudetti.

Fail to acknowledge that he dismantled the staff that built the dynasty

Blame coach, players, med staff, management for current state but do not hold Agnelli accountable at all for the decline and current state. Despite him being in charge and having the final say over everything. He wants only Italian coaches. He approves/denies every player deal( good or bad).

11 years in charge and our youth system is garbage. Zero development and output. Our scouting went from finding low cap gems to overpaying on known players.

He sets the priorities for the entire club. Including off the field.

but let’s continue to blame Allegri, the med staff, Cherubini, etc. everyone else except the guy that runs it all.

I’ll hang up and listen for the response trying to explain that he’s not culpable. Or that he did a great job clearing out dead weight and signing Susan
Who's Susan?

Agreed, I just don't hold out hopes on him being axed anytime soon.

Disagree in regards to the youth system, we have clearly made strides in the past 3 or 4 years, but the 7 or 8 before that sure. And we use many who were never going to make it as sweeteners.

@Dru I read what the project is. There is long term planning involved but to that we need financial stability. Do you see why Paredes and Milik are arriving?

Lol the poor bastard! He should switch before it's too late because once you get to adulthood, you most likely will have zero attachment to any other club so its either stick it out with your team or watch games as a neutral.
Why on earth would anybody watch any modern professional football if they weren't invested in a team as a fan? It's largely awful.

Much more exciting is to go and watch your mates play in their tier 50 amateur league

How are you able to destroy a club with 9 consecutive serie a titles, one of the top european clubs in just two, three seasons
Ask this idiot.
It's like we tried to avoid the mistakes of Inter after 2010, when they gave all their older players a raise and extension instead of rejuvenating the squad and ended up stuck with old Maicons and such sucking them dry.

We tried to turnover the squad, but everybody Paratici signed flopped, and now our younger Rabiots are sucking us dry.

Tbh I think it's like that with anything competitive

When everybody has the same level of training, knowledge etc and everything is so fine tuned, it becomes mechanical.

Football has been particularly affected by this since everybody figured out that you ideally need 10 men pressing as a team and tracking back. You end up with more & more of the same types of players in every club

I'd rather watch two fat, angry blokes from the pub do 3 rounds in MMA rules than two world class wrestlers lol

Time to sell the club or appoint a president that understands the modern game. AA was carried by Marotta - he’s driven the club into the ground over the last few years and his ‘project’ whatever it is is a massive failure just like his super league
