Simple formula for that, mr Hustini is...most importantly of all : find a manager of proven class who can be given substantial funds to have the final say over all Incoming/Outgoing transfers. I was one of many who saw del neri as at least a manager capable of aiming solidly for fourth, especially after the first half of the season, in which there were definite improvements over last season. As Marotta, Agnelli and whoever else made the decision to bring in Del Neri must now do, I accept I was wrong. Rather than continue with something broken, those in charge must look at the last few years, see clearly that one of our major failings, since calcipoli, is to manage to attract to the club and employ a world class manager. Success breeds success and failure breeds failure. We are stuck in the latter cycle presently, so the most obvious way to remedy our losing mentality is bring in a manager and players accustomed to winning.
