That is an awful pass. But guess what, Sandro did the same shit on the same pitch, in a much worse way. So, still an upgrade!:baus:
Yeah Sandro and Arthur are experts on those. Over the years it's suprising many of us doing those. From the top of my head I've seen MDS, Cuadrado, Kulusevski, Bentancur, Bonucci, Dybala, and Cancelo. Maybe I am recalling it too harshly but I have vague memories of all of 'em doing something similar. McKennie likes to more hidden damage, giving away possession that leads to xG. Then we have former experts such as Danilo who loved making similar stuff in his initial years.

He’s playing well lately, winning nearly 60% of ground duels and averaging 1.7 tackles per game. Watched him vs Fiorentina he was big time, 5 tackles, key pass, 95% pass accuracy. Glad he didn’t even get a training session with us, fantastic work.

He's someone that can play on both sides as fullback and wingback, even played as a CM in Serie D. He can be great depth, a Padoin like eclectic sub. Him and Danilo as backup to two (attacking hopefully) fullbacks would be awesome

I'm hoping he sticks next season and doesn't get loaned out again like Rovella did, even if its obvious hes good enough to stay. Luckily Sandro's contract ends so we'll need to add someone either way. If he sticks we can shift the resources to a right back, that is unless the club wisens up and integrates Mulazzi. Then they solve both issues internally, wow what a concept!

Edit: forgot Cuadrado is expiring as well. So theres definitely gonna be a rebuild in the department. Only a couple years late.

Danilo, Mulazzi, new LB, Cambiaso sounds good to me. Maybe keep MDS as 5th choice but we know he would just end up being 2nd or 3rd choice instead so no thanks. Wonder if Kostic will grow into a starting caliber LB this season. We also have Pellegrini still, not sure Frankfurt has any option. But id like us to get a top LB for once

im hoping Danilo converts to CB full time and they bring in multiple new fullbacks, plus Cambiaso. I feel like Kostic can play LB in Allegris system. It’s really no different than Cuadrado, just on the other side. And I also think our best setup currently is with 3 mids and Miretti as a trequartista, so Kostic may have to develop into a fullback, but I don’t see any reason he couldn’t

Yeah, Kostic was a LWB already, playing LB should be doable to him. With Pogba and Chiesa infront, he will be bombing in more crosses than now, with space.

If you ask me, get rid of Bonucci and Rugani, then we will need a starting caliber CB regardless of Danilo. But he can really play anywhere in a backline, and we need options to rotate and for injuries so its fine.

tbh I‘ve liked the Bremer-Danilo pairing a lot so far. I wouldn’t have an issue with that being the starting duo, would probably prefer it actually. Allows them to play a pressing style since both can get back in transition.

Then i still would add another CB and get rid of Bonucci and Rugani. Someone young and good enough to slide into the starting XI already. Danilo is versatile, he can play LB too. So ideally you want 4 starting calibers plus Danilo, plus the kids. And thats a solid group then

That was a lovely assist
Now explain to me, how we are getting this guy and instead of giving him a chance we are giving MDS contract until 2025 with probably twice of what Cambiaso earns. We will also struggle with getting rid of MDS in year max two

And btw I'm pretty sure MDS extension is all up to Max and we all know it.

Because we have no idea what we are doing. Him and Pellegrini are both better than MDS, and young with upside. Also Cambiaso can play on the right side too and I guess as a CM since he played there before. It's not just that tho. McKennie is here while we have Rovella and Ranocchia out, Fagioli benched. We sign Paredes as well when we had Rovella, and we don't focus on fullbacks or adding another winger, or a CB or a GK. We do things randomly
