Khan was throwing all he could. Bother fighters told to go for the knockout in the last round,awesome fight.
And fuck khan for losing me all the money. Peterson was good but in no way was this supposed to be a close fight,let alone a split desicion loss for khan. Boxing legends where hailing khan as the best pound for pound fighter on the planet a couple of days before this fight
I like khan but he is not ready yet. Being manny's sparring partner i was hoping he matured quick.

he's british.Heavy's shit. The welterweight was very exciting for a while, now it's meh. Before that it was the middle with Hopkins, Toney, Jones, etc. They keep getting smaller in weight. I was too small to witness the heavy in its prime but I can say it definitely looks exciting from what I've seen. No more boxers however .
Well i havent seen Tyson in action (in his prime) but i do remember watching him bite evander's ear off Also the fight in which hashim rahman shocked lewis (and then got smashed in the rematch)

Boxing's losing it's appeal,there are no real champions who would defend the belt multiple times (against quality opponents). Now when the champ fights,i usually have to look up his opponent's name and his previous fights.

Khan was too defensive after initially battering him. Peterson threw loads of punches but they didn't have any power. He probably didn't deserve to lose on points but you know how it goes when you go to someone else's back yard, you have to batter them and the ref then hope that you don't have judges like Derek Chisorah got in Finland.

He's also not massively popular in Britain, maybe because he is an arrogant Pakistani, at least that's how they see it. That's the reality with society. Britain likes loveable tryhards, like Frank Bruno, Nigel Benn etc. David Haye isn't liked, people were quite apathetic even to Lennox Lewis because he turned more American by the day and his varied background, but they were of course proud to claim him as a British world champion lol.
