Think of how bad Elway's tenure as president of football operations would have been if Manning didn't fall into his lap. His track record of QB's , especially considering that he is an all-time great, is deplorable. But he will be there until he quits or dies. No way the Broncos ever fire him. It will always be someone else's fault when things go bad

It was all about a title, but I agree it does not seem to be a plan. And them in a division with the Chiefs and the current Chargers is making it even a harder job.
