Because of this I demand that we receive compensatory picks. I will take Ac Milan's first pick, my friend Fientina will take vollers. This is merely to balance the league.
If you can prove you are in a similar circumstance, provide proof and we will work out a course of action to free up some first rounders.

I'd fully support some sort of waiver-wire system for next year due to said time-zone difference putting some league members at a disadvantage compared to others.
This being said, my 1st round pick, Dez Bryant, I lost to injury early in game 1 and has been useless to me ever since because (1) even when he finally returned, he was forced back not fully healed and (2) his QB is out meaning I can't trust him even now that he is finally back on the field.
What I projected to be my most valuable pick, Arian Foster (a 6th round pick, mind you), I was able to use for 3 weeks only before losing him to the IR.
My 3 most valuable players right now, by position - Phillip Rivers, Todd Gurley, and possibly Mike Evans - I did not even draft but acquired in a trade. Something that did not require any advantages to due to time-zone differences but merely a little bit of forward thinking and willingness to take a bit of a risk.
The other very good players, who represent the wonderful roster depth that I currently enjoy and have been blessed with (Thank you Jesus; Allah is indeed Akbar), I actually drafted with those draft picks, of which you and your friend Jamie had the same number.
