@X - Just saw that there are 16 weeks/games in the league. Shouldn't there be 17 to mimic the NFL reg season (16 games + 1 bye week)?

i really want everyone to be able to make the draft, it's really fun and that way all the teams are sorta competitive(except for @Völler whose IQ seems to have dropped 70 points the last few days)

I see, good point.

Weekends work best for me but if you must move it to Monday, I can do Monday morning (most likely) till about 10-11am Mountain time, nada after that.

I should be fine with mornings till 10-11 am (Mountain) every day of the week. If it's a must, I can find time later too on anything except Mondays and Thursdays.
