America's team needed a big fat American bailout in order to win while big fat Chris Christie cheers on in the stands. It's a script not even the NFL could write.

USA! USA! USA!
So that was really Chris Christie. I thought that manatee in a red sweater looked a lot like him, but I didn't want to presume.

That is an insult to Ric Flair, and even worse than that, he carries the same first name as I do.

That is simply wrong

Shahahahaanahahnhan looking more and more likely.

Just because he ate at some restaurant in San Francisco doesn't make it more likely.

At least that is what I keep telling myself.

It's an homage, alright. A bad one.

I just saw that penalty that was overturned (Wasn't watching the game)

That is not Face guarding, that is Pass Interference all day long. The linebacker did not have his hands in the line of sight of the receiver, and didn't even bother to turn around to play the ball

Vic Fangio is the only reason that team didn't fall apart. He should be the next head coach.

I don't know what Greg Romans did for Harbaugh in the past where he owed Romans his soul but the entire collapse and stunt in CK7's growth along with the entire offense's output is solely Roman's fault. He should've been fired last off season.

Agreed. I'd love Vic but we'd need a great OC
OC's are much easier to find or cultivate than decent DC's IMO.

If the rumors about Romans leaving are true then consider your team blessed for a few reasons:

- You have a HOF RB that was under-utilized
- Pro bowl TE that was completely forgotten in the offensive scheme
- A young QB that may be the most physically gifted in the history of the position at the pro level that reversed course in his development
- Talented WR core that suffers from the regression of their QB
- Overall flat offensive nature which in turn puts too much strain on the defense
