  • Giovinco + cash

  • De Ceglie + Criscito + cash

  • Fuck no, don't want him at all

corriere dello sport:

TURIN, May 8 - After more than two hours of talks, gray smoke between Blanc and agents Amauri. The agreement sull'ingaggo the Brazilian that Palermo has in practice succumbed to Juventus there is no state, but the parties have agreed to continue negotiations next week in Milan. The meeting began at 18.30 ended at 20.45.

MORE OR LESS - The positive side of the story: Amauri has accepted the principle of a contract to grow (four years) linked to sports results. The downside: the parties have not reached a turnover departure of contract. The Juventus has offered about 2.3 million, Amauri has requested about three. The margins for a conclusion of the negotiation in any case there are even if there is still work.

THE NEGOTIATION - clear, however, between Juve and Palermo: the basis of the exchange with Nocerino and a cash payment in favour of the Sicilian of twelve million euros. Do not enter into the negotiation comprorietà couple of Giovinco requested by Zamparini because the boy falls in the plans by Claudio Ranieri for next year, but could come at the last minute the ownership of Lanzafame, young striker white return from loan to Bari. In which case Juventus (which would ensure the controriscatto the boy) lower the balance in turn counted by the Sicilian club. Between the two companies, as has also said the ds rosanero Foschi, the agreement is practically achieved. With or without Lanzafame.

You're all talking stats and scoring records, but if you'd just watch one Palermo game and you'd understand how great a player Amauri really is.
Exactly.

the more press conferences Amauri is involved in the more i'm convinced he's a douche bag that'll hurt our team spirit with his pragmatacism
This guy is a mercenary, he couldn't care less where he plays as long as he gets the money, he isnt even sure what country he wants to play for, this deal better fall through, i would prefer gila for £5m than Amauri for £12m+ our best youth players, at least gila has a future
Ya, he really hurt Palermo's team spirit. Give me a break, the guy is a hero in Palermo but of course you would rather believe some douchebag's article than bring your own conclusion. You are very naive.

Bullshit. As a Palermitano I know Amauri well enough to say this.
If money was everything to him, why did he stay in Sicily last summer when there where lots of big clubs after him? If money was everything to him, why did he came to Sicily instead of moving to Barcelona who where also interested after his last season in Verona?

I can give you the right answers if you like.

Amauri is a great guy, no doubt about it. The most complete striker in the league (stats aren't everything...).

Grimaldi en Blanc met this evening talking salary. There is a 500.000 difference, (2,8 offered - 3,3 asked). Two more meetings and they will have a deal I guess.
I don't believe today's Milan story. Foschi said he will only talk with Juve.

There's a lack of information by most of you guys, i'm sorry to say:smile:

Excuse me for my English. Have a nice day Juventini ;)
Thanks for informing these ignorant people. Hope you will stay around. ;)

I would take Gila over Amauri, if the price is right.

I've said before that I want a Trez sub as our new striker and Gila fits that mould.
Gilardino would hardly be able to substitute Palladino. How would he be able to substitute a world class finisher?

Nocerino +12m + 50% of Lanzafame

Giovinco is staying
Of course he is staying. It is just that we have a thousand of ignorant and uninformed lunatics in this Forum who think they know the best. :howler:

Btw great deal.

If you actually read the rest of my post you will see evidence that supports what I said. It's not that good scoring record for a striker. Amauri was a flop every where umtill he went to palermo, you know what they say, form is temporary class is perminant
It's not everything in goals,at least not in this case I think and some players hit their prime later, even at 25.

Last season at Chievo,Amauri was really good.He was very good at Palermo.

Amauri is everywhere,he runs,he has very good vision/creativity,good header, posses great strength, decent dribbler and has good finishing. (he proved that against us as well). Some of the rare players that have all that.In some occasions he reminds me of Drogba.

And look, you can't always believe media. They might want Giovinco but the thing is we won't let him go,even with our staff. No one said they are going to leave all talks if we don't give them Gio.De Ceglie has great potential but I wouldn't mind loaning him out there for one year.We can buy some LB to cover it.They can have Nocerino as well. They can have Marchionni as well since they always wanted him.

Dominic has also pointed out a good deal.

Gilardino should not be our alternative. We need someone better.Yes,there are chances he'd play better here but IMO he should be our last option out there.I'd rather sign Gomis or even Guiza.Just if we can't get any striker we should maybe go after Gila but until then I say pass on him.

Astalaro was wrong about wages.

We offered 2.3 and 3mln is asked.
Well my sources said there was a difference of 500.000 ;)

But look at all the bullshit we can read in the papers:

It would be the biggest mistake if Juve include Giovinco in any deal with Palermo. Giovinco is 10 times worthier than Amauri. But what to say, Blanc and Secco are boring.

Lippi have prised Amauri with some nice words in interview that he gave to Giornale di Sicilia and he said Juve would be the best choice for him.

But he wouldnt be the best choice for Juve, we need a sub CF, not another creative SS starter wonna be.
Amauri's finishing might be good, but he rarely use it, in a team like Juventus he wont have the same chances,he will have much less playing time, no adaption period and a much harder level of competition.
We need a finisher to replace Treze when needed and the 28 year Amauri isnt the answer. We need someone who scores first and asks later.
Amauri rarely scores and he will score even less when he will join us due to the less favorable conditions, just plain maths...
Amauri in our team would adopt the role Zlatan used to have.
Sacrificing Giovinco and Marchisio as well, would create 2 problems to resolve a half.

If we sell Iaquinta, then its another case...

Gila fits more to the role, he is a real CF and he would fit in our game plan, but helping Milan to fund the Amauri deal, right now, would be the most unwise choice...
They want Berbatov and Boriello as a back up, the Amauri interest is only occasional,
the Flamini case proved that we shouldnt trust and cooperate with them.
We should stand behind our bid and if they are willing to spend a fortune on Amauri, then be my guests!! We should only withdraw, if they give as the chance to sign Gila first, in a very low price tag.
They cant buy everyone, let them spend big so that we face less competition in other places.

Giovinco was mentioned for a loan deal.
although Zamparini wants a co-ownership,but it won't happen.
I hope even the loan doesn't go through,i want Giovino to play for us already next season.

I think that news first came on Tuttosport.

I don't like this deal if true.
Well, i don't want to scare you, but they are mostly better informed than te national media. As long as Juve and the player doesn't agree, there won't be a deal at all, so let's just wait.

I have to say, i'm starting to hate this whole story.

Wery nice post and to the point.

I dont see a reason to sell IQ (OK if he is willing to go), the best thing for us is then to sell him to Roma for Aquilani...
If this board is real this stupid (witch i know it is) to include Seba in the deal, the question then is WTF are they tallking about...They wont to "raise" young, skillful "rough dimond" players and bringing them up to fame, make them stars etc...Like "they" said that "they" don't have finacial means to buy the best players so "they" would adjust to "Arsenal's" way of thinking or doing business...
:faq2: ing LIERS...
For that kind of money (amauri deal), we could easy get Huntelaar...A tip of player that we truly need after David is gone...
They should realy focus on the LB spot, witch is killing us + a good defender and stop pokeing in to things that are fine (best attack in the league)... AssHoles
