Just look at the poll up there, 33% of voters say we do need Amauri. I am one of them too. We do not need him, why do we need a striker when we have the best attack in Serie A this season?? We need two midfielder and a central defender. Giovinco is italian jewel, most promising star in last decade and Juve are looking to sell him?? That's anti-Juve.
Please go go to hell Secco, Gigli and Blanc. Bring back Moggi or Franco Baldini.

If amauri does come in exchange for giovinco I personally won't welcome him what so ever.

I don't want him and I have always maintained that

Rocchi slipped three past Juventus and now he's just a slightly above average striker in Serie A. He wasn't worth putting the success of the club in the future at stake, and neither is Amauri. I also see Amauri's wonky knee as a problem (I'm talking Andrade-scale here).

The Giovinco thing bugs me a bit because everyone said he'd be at Juventus next season. If he goes to Palermo on co-ownership, it's not the end of the world. It's sly on Zamparini's part because he gets what he values Amauri for in the cash portion of the deal, and then when Juventus wants to buy Giovinco back he can ask for as much money as he wants.

Juventus will pay...and by pay, I mean fucking pay lots of money for something that could have easily been avoided.

It's not Amauri's fault. You can point your finger directly at a group of individuals that don't exactly have the club's best interests in mind.

:p Mark needs to use his black magic for good this time!
Hi everyone. I agree 100%. We dont need Amauri. We have 4 good strikers. We need 2 midfielders and 3 defenders. But Ranieri bases his teams on the attackers. He doesnt give much attention to the defence.

another thing is that Juventus are going to give Giovinco, palladino and Marchisio to get some bad players as we did this summer. The management is very bad. we already lost Flamini which was without contract. I am sure we will not get any good player, but we will sell our best young players.

Juve Set To Accept Palermo Offer For Giovinco

Juventus are set to agree to Palermo’s co-ownership offer for Sebastian Giovinco, according to the latest reports in Italy.

The soap-opera that is Amauri’s proposed move to Turin continues to wrangle on, as there are two major sticking points in negotiations.

First of all Amauri is demanding €3.75m a season in wages, but the Juventus management are refusing to pay him more than €3m.

This has opened up the possibility that the Brazilian will move to Milan instead, with the Diavoli more than happy to meet these salary demands.

The second problem revolves around the players that Palermo will be receiving from Juve as part of the Amauri exchange.

The inclusion of Antonio Nocerino and Davide Lanzafame is already agreed upon, but Palermo transfer chief Rino Foschi is refusing to close the deal until Sebastian Giovinco is added too in a co-ownership deal.

Latest reports in Italy suggest that the Bianconeri are ready to accept this offer in a bid to complete negotiations.

Giovinco is widely regarded as one of the best young talents currently in circulation, and earlier this week Milan wonderkid Alexandre Pato described the fantasista as one of the top four players in world football.
