Amauri Carvalho de Oliveira (31 Viewers)

At what cost would you be ok with Amauri?

  • Giovinco + cash

  • De Ceglie + Criscito + cash

  • De Ceglie + Criscito + Giovinco

  • Nocerino + Almiron + Marchionni

  • Almiron + Marchionni + cash

  • Fuck no, don't want him at all

  • Almiron+cash

Mostly agreed... but I look at it like this:

I'd rather take a risk on Gilardino, and keep Giovinco, Marchisio and De Ceglie, and have more leftover money to go after Aquilani/Montolivo/Xabi Alonso/some other top CM, than have a lesser risk in Amauri, diminished young depth, and the need to fill the holes that one of Giovinco, Marchisio or De Ceglie might fill.

Gilardino is not built for Milan's system, but he has a lot in common with Trezeguet... who fits Juve's system like a glove. Everyone thought Sissoko and Iaquinta would suck, but they didn't... I think Gila could be another like that.

If this offer (leave Amauri to AC to buy Gila for 5-8m) is on the table, I take it. Amauri is good, he's not that good for Juve to drop trousers and get bent over the table over.

I think the word ur looking for is a petition. If Secco really needs a petition to help him realise we should keep Giovinco though, he would have to have some serious problems.

Sick if Palermo gets Giovinco, He is alone worth as much as Amauri.. And he is younger and has a brighter future..:faq2:
If it's in comproprietà, it won't be the biggest disaster for Juve because he can always come back (Juve has much more power than Palermo). In fact, in my opinion Giovinco isn't ready yet to play everything for Juve, for his development it wouldn't be so bad if he plays for a year in a better squad than Empoli.

But i guess most of you don't agree with this ;)

to tell you the truth i would rather have gila and keep giovinco,de ceglie and marchiso than get amauri and loose some/all of them
I've got to agree there, I don't know why but i can see Gilardino with Juve as a real good combination. I'd prefer other players, but this shit with Amauri is getting old real fast.

I believe Gila would regain his Parma form if he had to join us.
Gilardino is still the same player that scored over 20 goals two seasons in a row. Besides he's still only 25 years old. Milan fucked him up, but I'm sure he can get back to his best at a new club. I'd take him, for a reasonable price. He is a perfect understudy for Trez.
the more press conferences Amauri is involved in the more i'm convinced he's a douche bag that'll hurt our team spirit with his pragmatacism

I would take Gila over Amauri, if the price is right.

I've said before that I want a Trez sub as our new striker and Gila fits that mould.

I'm not so scared for Gio, he will play for us 100% next year...I'm sacared for De Ceglie, Lanzefame and Marchisio, that is what makes me "shakey"...
Give them Nocerino + Molinaro+ 12m€ and Cristico on loan...

SUCKO and "Frogy" better live Seba, Paolo, Marchisio and Lanzefame ALONE...Or there would be HELL to PAY...

Lol im not sure if anyone thinks he is normal, but i am slowly trying to give him a break nowadays. When the transfer market is closed, if we still have no good signings then ill start hating on him, or if he does indeed sell Giovinco.

The problem is Foschi doesn't want Molinaro (I think you will all agree Balzaretti is a lot better). Foschi want's Nocerino, Marchisio, Giovinco, Lanzafame and is not changing his strategy, that's the problem.

12 -15 million euros + Nocerino and Lanzafame 50%? that would be ok!

I disagree here, giovinco is absalutely ready to play next season for juve (thats coming from someone who watched almost all of empoli's games this season). I think its totally stupid from our officials to even loan gio to another club. Gio wants to be part of the team next year, he did what they asked him to do and showed his class and played great even against the top teams (spec. roma). Next year if nedved stayed with us, giovinco will be very vital and important in the team cause he'll be the main source of creativity in the team plus camo. Next season is the perfect season for gio to come back and i really think that loaning him again is a wrong step that will push gio more and more away from juve.........

even minus Lanzafame the deal could be done if we had decent managers.
Foschi is decent to. In my opinion Foschi and Corvino ( ) are the best in Serie A. And again, Foschi doesn't have to sell because there are lots of teams after Amauri, he just prefers to sell Amauri to Juve because of the talents you have.

The problem is with the agent and the player.
Grimaldi is the problem, not Amauri.

You can even add Marino in the mix. Of course Foschi doesn't have to sell but I think Amauri would like to leave and have a chance to play in the CL.

You're right that his agent is the biggest problem but Amauri can say he wants Juve and the deal would be done by now if there's justa small difference in offers. Those agents want that % and you can't really blame them but they are a-holes anyway. The biggest one being Raiola.

Amauri is slightly starting to irritate me.
He and Palermo talk too much in the media. And most of it is crap, just like Paul Watson said in that blog on channel4.com
I say screw him, lets get Gio back, go after Hugain/Huntelaar.
