Milan fucked him up? Yeah, I guess starting a player for two seasons in a row despite him being worse than trash is fucking a player up. He scored 20 goals wth Parma? Big fucking deal, he had no competition at Parma, look at Borriello with Genoa. It's much easier to play well for a small team than it is for a big team. The bottom line is, Gila choked. He was given the chance and he choked big time.

Gilardino is NOT better than Amauri, its just if Gilardino was offered to Juve and to Inter, Juve offering 3 million euros a year, and Inter offering 3.5 million, he would not have to think about it, he would not try to leech as much money off them as he can.

well, i don't really want gila either, but what you said there is not quite right... I mean, it's not 'easier' to score in a small/bad team. It's kind of harder even. Because you are not served the inch-perfect-passes, do not get that much balls, ... i'm pretty sure trez wouldn't be top-scorer of serie-a if he played in catania.
I don't know really what's up with gila, and what happened to him. I don't know if he really is past his peak or if he maybe can get back to old form. Fact is IF someone (not necessarily juve) wanted to buy him, now is the moment. He'd come for a small transfer fee, and i'm pretty sure he'd accept every wage he'd be offered.

Amauri is not worth that much money our youngsters, nor does he deserve 3,75M a year. If we can get Gila for a reasonable price, that might be a good deal, because:
1) we pay a lower transfer fee

3) we keep our youngsters

If the deal involves Amauri for Giovinco then Palermo can go fuck themselves but if it's a reasonable deal where we pay them a good price + Marchionni for example, then I won't mind. Gila is not good enough, the reason he has performed so badly for Milan is because he is surrounded by a bunch of stars wich made him look like a mere amateur. When he was at Parma, he seemed like such a good player because the rest of the Parma players sucked so much.
