Why don't you put the articles here in Italian ? It makes no sence to read them like this anyway.
Dominic said he's willing to translate every single article and i'm willing to help him from time to time.

Or at least give us a link of the original article.

Amauri's Juventus 'victory'

Palermo striker Amauri is edging closer to Juventus and has spoken of his pride at the Old Lady’s approach.

The Brazilian hitman has made a name for himself in Sicily since joining from Chievo in 2006 and has become one of Serie A’s most sought-after players.

Juve and Palermo officials met yesterday to discuss a summer switch to Turin and it seems that the transfer is on the cards.

I haven’t seen the newspapers, but I know what they are talking about and what is going on, even though I’m not thinking about it at all,” Amauri asserted.

I am just thinking about working and playing. We will see what happens at the end of the season.

But for me it is a victory to see my name linked to Juve and other big clubs and I have dreamed of this since I was a child.

“The Bianconeri are a very important side with a great history and I think that it would be great to play there
.

However, It’s true that I still have to improve a lot if I am to impress at one of the biggest sides because the important thing is to stay there.

“My dream when I was growing up was to become someone and to help my family and I knew that I could arrive at one of several big clubs
.

In time I have been proven right and I have been playing for amongst the elite for three years.

Today I feel stronger than I was last year and more sure of myself. The injury toughened me up mentally.”

Despite Amauri’s efforts, Palermo have struggled this term and are stuck in 11th place.

It has been a cursed season and it happens to everyone, just look at Milan,” Amauri explained.

Palermo should be just below the top teams if you look at the squad and I hope that next year goes better.”

The 27-year-old finished with a tribute to the Rosanero fans, who have taken the towering ace to their hearts.

When I came here I immediately felt at home, even when games didn’t go our way and I didn’t score I was given support,” Amauri said.

“The fans have always been exceptional towards me and I hope that I have given them as much as they have given me.

"If I leave Palermo my only regret is not having reached the Champions League
.”

Palermo keen for Amauri to go

16 April 2008 | 19:41 - PA Sport

Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini is confident his club will reach an agreement with Juventus over the sale of Brazilian striker Amauri.

The 27-year-old hitman is thought to be the number one transfer target of Juve coach Claudio Ranieri and has also been linked with Real Madrid, AC Milan and Chelsea.

Zamparini met with Juve president Giovanni Cobolli Gigli earlier this week and is optimistic Amauri will be on his way from the Sicilian club this summer.

"There will be another meeting in a month's time," Zamparini said.

"At that point both sporting directors will work towards reaching an agreement and I believe they will succeed."

Amauri, Palermo's top scorer this season with 13 league goals, is under contract at the Sicilian outfit until June 2011 and is in the process of acquiring Italian citizenship.

I've never seen a team wanting to sell a player so badly. Like they're so willing to sell but usually teams play hard-to-get in order to increase the price. I wonder what Palermo's planning
