At what cost would you be ok with Amauri?

  • Giovinco + cash

  • De Ceglie + Criscito + cash

  • De Ceglie + Criscito + Giovinco

  • Nocerino + Almiron + Marchionni

Well isn't this obvious?
No, because he's saying that players don't give a fuck about a club untill they go to the club and spend some years. I mean ofcourse not every player is a Juve fan, but most players in Juve are professionals, or at least try to act like one.
I don't see Iaquinta talking about a transfer every week and changing his mind and decisions every day.

When you see Iaquinta play you know that he plays with his heart. I can't see Amauri having the Iaquinta heart, he doesn't give a fuck if he scores the winning one for the club. He cares only for himself

This is just madness. I can't believe people are taking out media nonsense on the player himself. It's not Amauri's fault the press is all over him, or Zamparini talks about him nonstop. It's not Amauri's fault he's not a fucking Italian, or not a Juventus supporter. What do you people want him to do? Come and out blatantly lie to us that he was Juventus supporter when he was nine? 95% of our players weren't Juventus fans before they came here, so just stop this nonsense already.

I cannot believe people are THIS foolish.

umm of course he cares if he scores for a club or not. Because it would mean that the fans would love him, that he would get more popular, and thus get better contract and advertisement money. In the end his interests would help ours.

Oh and you comparison with Iaquinta doesn't work. Iaquints is already ours. I would doubt he would want to come out every week with a statement saying where he would like to play and risk tha fan's wrath. Amauri's situation is different. He is going to leave 100%

and before you say something like "he cares only about himself" if that is a basis on not hiring or getting someone, then Companies would not hire most people, becuase they don't give a fuck about the company, only about themselves. Think about this for a 2nd. Perhaps your boss should fire you because you don't really care about the company. You only care about the money you are getting.

Like I said before, I'm pretty sure all this Amauri hate stems from the fact he might play for Italy and he's not "Italian." People want Del Piero to go to the Euros, not Amauri, so they hate on the player even though Donadoni is the one that holds the key.

People will hate on players for the most imbecilic reasons, and this is proven here day after day.

Its not about the azzurri Andy. But alot of simplistic people like Cunninlynguist here is exagerrating and hating on Amauri for few stupid media articles (which are annoying yes).

He has painted up this preconceived image of him being this huge egoistic no care mercenary over nothing just like that (he doesnt even need reasons for it, just invents them). When even had had a Palermo fan here who has praised Amauri for his character and determination. The same stuff we say about Iaquinta.

imagine this scenario:

Amauri hater applies for a job at company A

company A: so You look qualified for work here...but our sources tells us that you also applied for a job at company B

Amauri hater: ummm yeah, you see I need to further my career, so I look for the best offer possible for my skills.

Company A: well go ahead, jerk. We are not going to hire you since you don't care who gives you work. You only care about yourself

Amauri hater: but I thought you were supposed to judge me based on my skills, not on who I like?

Company A: Nope. Here we only hire those who admit that they lose their virginity to our company only. Since you like Company B as well, then go screw yourself.

And that's how Amauri haters would make the world.

Are you guys planning on using three strikers next season? It seems to me you guys would concentrate on the left and center of midfield and defense. Iaquinta, Del Piero, and Trez should be more than enough to get you guys through Serie A next season if you get the proper support.

Zamparini on TV said he wants $$$+Nocerino+½Lanzafame AND ½ Giovinco.

Ranieri called him up and said Giovinco is untouchable.
Can you describe or clarify this scenario? Sounds hilarious and epic hehe. How did he describe Ranieri calling him up? (it would have been even more awesome if Ranieri had called up live when zampa was on tv ;)).

And what about you? You love him because everybody hates him? No offence, but I don't care about where he's from. The FACT is just that Del Piero owns Amauri day in day out, and Alex has proven that this season and only based on his goals and his play that he deserves to be in NT.
If Amauri gets called and Alex not, I'd be angry because the fact that Alex is having a much better season than Amauri.

everytime we'r linked with a player for a long period of time we fail.. and how things are going this time won't be different !!

anyway keeping Gio is far more important than getting Amauri !!

Well good for you mate. I don't really care who the hell Donadoni calls up, and in fact I hope he calls up Amauri just to piss people off.

I don't really care about Amauri. He's a good player, nothing else, but people are being idiotic for hating on him for the reasons I've seen thus far.

We hate him because of his character. At least I do. I don't like someone who's talking to the media day in day out, 'I'm Juve-player 91%'. And the next day he indirectly says he wants Milan. Screw somebody like that.
You don't have to LOVE Juve to play for it, but at least be proud of the club you play for. And it seems like Amauri doesn't give a shit

we need a new striker only because trez and del are starting to age. Super-sub iaquinta is not a young player anymore either. They did a great job the 3 of them to get us into the CL, but not playing in 3 competitions we need just a bit more depth pretty much in every apartment. So I do agree we need reinforcements in left/center of mid and defense (most importantly). But I wont frown if Amauri arrives, just as long as we dont lose Giovinco b/c that just wouldnt make sense. Amauri is quality but not world class...can you imagine next year at this time if Trez has in 18-19 goals, del has is 18-19 goals, Amauri with his 15, Iaquinta with his 8-10? Holy Shit our 2 strikers are joint leaders for the crown this season! The media has a nasty way of twisting players statements to make them sound worse than they really are, shame on all of you who believe everything you hear. I dont think one of the most sought after strikers in Europe would say anything as stupid as what some of you are making him out to look like.

Anyways...long story short, Amauri would be a great option for Ranieri whichever lineup he chooses, just as long as we DONT lose Giovinco. That will cause a shit-storm among every true Juve supporter.

Hey SAL, you are allowed to speak to the playing and playing ability of the de Guzman brothers and Dwayne De Rosario, other than that, shut up.
