Could we theoretically sell Morata for 50m to Chelsea for example? Let's say that Morata refuses to go back to Madrid. What happens to the clause?

Scenarios:

-Morata refuses to go back Real, do we have to pay Real something to keep him playing for Juve even though they failed to agree with Morata?
-Morata wants to leave but he refuses to go back to Real before getting sold to Chelsea because he wants us to get the transfer money. Is that possible?

At the time we brought morata, he was just a young talented forward. Bench warmer at madrid. He wasnt even worth 20m and marotta should have had the upper hand on that deal. Now that he is turning out to become a good player, madrid are taking advantage of marotta
