real dont haveto ask us, they can simply exercise their 30mil clause and get all the profit they can...
And they also dont have to hurry as long as the player grows and we are a decent advertising vessel...

I'm not even trying to start an argument with you cause it will never end but you clearly don't know any terms of the deal.

i hear that his contract is unique in the sense that there are stipulations about a workable buy-back!(from other site).but i think with the buy back clause, he is turning out to be a bargain.

we got him for 20mil, but they have a buy back clause of 30mil that they can exercise anytime they want in the next 2-3years, that wont change, regardless of the players growth (unlike what Parma did to us with Giovinco)
We can both agree to sell him to a third club, but for a higher clause.

In a few words, if the player flops we lose 20mil, if he turns into real starter material or profit maker, Real can reinvest 10mil, only when they will be certain for their profit.
The path to convince the player to sign everything, is dramatically increasing his salary.

It's explained on our official site that Real can buy him back only after 2015/16 and 2016/17 seasons, and before the start of 2017/18 season. Everything else, including those crazy 100m euro figures is just a speculation. They can't buy him back without our agreement this summer, or after 2016/17 (Morata's contract with Juve runs out at the end of 2018/19).
The buy back clause in those two seasons when Real will have the right to buy him will depend on Morata's number of appearances in the particular season, and can go up to a maximum of 30m euro (for example: if he makes 1-10 appearances the buy back clause will be 20m eur, 11-20 appearances 25m eur, 20-30 26m eur, 30+ appearances 30m eur)

so what i said stands, Real only need our consent if we want to sell him this summer.
Which would be rather unwise as in the next two summers his value and their profit will rise and we wont have a say to it...nor a cut above the buy back clause.
its a win-win situation for them.

Maybe the journalist are reffering to a certain clause, in case both the clubs and the player gree to sell him to a third club this summer, but i doubt that this would be in anyones interest.

o well, its normal though, he is after all, their player.
We shouldnt expect much from this deal.
We are gaining prestige for growing talents like Morata and Pogba and hopefully more talents will favor us in the future.

We should feel sorry for losing money from our Giovincos though...

I was under the impression Morata's consent to be transferred was in the buyback clause. Or at least, I've seen similar things said. Is this correct?

Real wont get him back guys, we all know it.

Even Ancelotti said so:

"Despite not playing too much, he played well under me," the Italian coach told La Gazzetta dello Sport. "He’s a modern striker and plays with intensity and a high tempo.

"He’s cool in front of goal and a hard worker but we have no regrets about selling him. His move was carefully thought through. Alvaro needed to have playing time.

"He’s a young lad and expressed his desire to move to a club where he could play regularly. He had plenty of offers but in the end opted for Juventus.

"We have a clause to buy him back but I feel he’ll remain at Juve."
