That first offer was :daibeppe: peanuts.

Maybe this deal is closer, the only thing missing is Arsenal to find / announce their new CF/SS signing.

I have the suspicion that we are trying to get Zaza to fuck off for 30m asap so we can go all in for Alexis and probably a low rate 4th choice level striker or a loan to give us that depth again.

Something doesn't seem right if we are suddenly going to have 60m to spend.

As I'm sipping my morning blend coffee I can't help but think its going to be Alexis and G. Jesus. :beppe:

Why would Arsenal selll him? Hes one of their few good players and its not like they're going bankrupt. Also, Arsenal finished 2nd last season, looked like title contenders large parts of season, so theyve actually improved since he got there plus EPL got interesting over the summer with high profile coaches signing with the big three. Cant see it happening.

Jesus is impossible this summer IMO. Player himself has come out and said that he's committed to his club till end of season and that alone may be a marker, unless we are looking to close s deal this summer and leave him on loan till another year. Way I see it, Zaza money goes toward Alexis, while Perreyra and Lemina/Hernanes exits lead to a signing like that of Kante or Matic. The bonus of the summer would be signing Cuadrado or Pjaca, not both.

Player will may make a big difference in this case. He is not happy at Arsenals lack of ambition and being the kind of fighter he is, probably aligns more with the Juve philosophy of winning titles. South American Champion in DA house. :D

I don't think we will sign Alexis, Kante/Matci and Cuad/Pjaca that is like a complete turnover.

They said we wouldn't have a revolution but they probably didn't expect the amount of ongoing injury issues either.

Is there any actual quote or you just think he might be unhappy?:D arsenal hasnt gotten any less competitive since he joined, they're as mediocre as when he decided to continue his career there

Marchisio is a question mark for the season IMO. And Khedira cannot be counted upon at all. What's worse is, that he's proven to be injury prone over the course of the whole season, with the euros making it more obvious. I can see the Berardi deal savings go toward covering the midfield now. Matic/Kante and the like. Maybe even Kovacic still.

I get bashed for saying this every day, but we need a Khedira cover (replacement to be honest), urgently.

If Alexis were on the market, I really hope Bayern tried to go for him. For next season a 433 with Alexis-Lewy-Müller is my fantasy.

ribery coman robben and costa on the bench right?
Ribery and Robben are not dependable, I don't put them on my hypothetical formations for next season. If they play, it's a plus for us, but most likely will spend the whole season injured. Costa is not my favorite player honestly, great but not world-class, Alexis is far better iMO. Coman is the one I fear about. Huge potential but not yet ready to be a go-to guy. I hope Carletto changes his ways and rotates Coman heavily.

PD, we can always drop a midfielder and accommodate an extra attacker in a 4231 :)

And not just for the season.
