regarding Lamela, I think he is definitely a talented fella but also quite a bit overrated on football forums as to how ready he is to make a difference for a big European team.
It takes about a couple of minutes of watching him play to see his talent but also that he just isn't ready for Europe yet and needs maybe another couple of years to mature properly ... not sure if Juve would be willing to be patient with him and nurture him for a year or two, at least, or they are looking for a game changer now.
