No wonder marchisio wants to retire here, he is collecting big check without doing anything. Sandro has been playing a lot this season yet his salary is no where justified it. We should keep him and raise his salary to 3.5

We can delist from this

Sturaro -1,5m
Asamoah -2m
Howedes -2,5m
Lichsteiner -2,8m
Khedira -4m
Marchisio -3,5m
Mandzukic -3.5m
Buffon -4.5m

Now we have lot of room to pay wages.
And increase Sandro wage.
But the problem seems to be a "or Allegri or me" type
At least from the rumors spreading in town

By the way it's a wonder how Napoli manage to keep such players on such low wages

One of Manchester United’s main priorities ahead of this summer’s transfer window is to strengthen their options in the full-back department. Indeed, their lack of quality on both flanks was exposed once again last night as they lost the FA Cup final 1-0 against Chelsea.

The Red Devils have identified Juventus left-back Alex Sandro as a prime target, with several media outlets believing that the Bianconeri would be willing to sell him as long as someone matches their valuation.

However, an untimely long-term injury to Leonardo Spinazzola, as well as Kwadwo Asamoah’s imminent departure, may well prompt Juve to have a change of heart and opt to keep the Brazilian internationalist for another season.

Shakhtar Donetsk’s Ismaily is on Beppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici’s radar, but only time will tell whether they pursue their interest with a concrete offer. Regardless, it is becoming increasingly unlikely that Alex Sandro will arrive at Old Trafford anytime soon.

With Asamoah leaving and Spina out for 6 months, we must keep this guy at all cost.

Howedes almost earning as much as him, lul.

Our wage policy is really fucked up, just as our transfer "player can leave if he asks for it" policy.

I absolutely woudn't mind keeping him around for at least another season, tbf even when not at his best he still is a level above any other LB that we could potentially afford atm... even more so given the current circumstances.

Tho motivation will be key, so he better make up his mind on whether he really wants to continue here, otherwise imho there's no point in holding onto an unhappy/unmotivated player.
