I think that's a flawless match. His reaction when MDL slipped was insane. The tackle was clean based on the referee's previous standard yet he gets a yellow. And on Lozano's goal he is somehow there covering MDL again and I think even gets a touch on the ball before Lozano! I have to see it again though.

As far as I recall, he played the majority of the second half of last season injured. It would make sense if he’s had time to rest it over the summer and has fully recovered, which has coincided with a return to previous form so far.

I think the 2nd goal is on him, perhaps he should have been quicker to get goal side of the guy that scored. Seemed a bit lazy there until it was too late.
