Why do we need Goalscorers we we have Del & Trez and Amauri who pops up now and again,Despite being a idiot Cassano is still Technicaly alot more gifted than most of our players. If he comes I will be happy if he doesen't well we move on,I agree he should'nt be a priority but if we do sign him I wont moan about it.

With DP, Trez, Amauri and even Iaq, we have absolutely no need for another forward. The investment made on a new forward should have been the last of our concerns.
However, we our owners force Secco to buy a new high quality and expensive forward, for their very own reasons.
I would prefer a young goalscorer. Bearing in mind that would be a transfer for the far future, far beyond Treze and DP. Only Amauri would be present at this future
and since Amauri can be useful at create chances, but not as prolific as a hardcore like Treze is, i would prefer someone who would make a deadly pair for the future.
As i think that a Amauri-CF pair, wouls score more goals than the Amauri-Cassano.
The added bonus would be to escape one of the most over rated and pathetic football players in serie A.

I hope we don't. One thing to sign someone on a free transfer who will provide solid depth (Mellberg) or quality (Zanetti), but Eboué has been a roller-coaster for the past years both mentally and on the pitch. I used to like him a lot 2006, but if it doesn't work out the transfer could be disruptive.

I don't think we're in a position to be taking such risks at a position (RB) which is already weak.

Secco gave a great interview. I am glad he let people see his intentions for the coming transfer window and explained what his motives were on previous windows. To some extent his policy of signing many ok players as opposed to a few great ones has worked given the injury crisis. Now I am eager for him to sign the quality he talked of (Silva!)

I hope this interview will give him some breathing space from the criticism he recieves.

Doubt Criscito would want to make the step down to Atalanta, where he'd compete with their captain Bellini for the LB spot.

If we're going to use him in a deal, it's more likely that we sell his other half to Genoa + money (or a player) for Jankovic.

Criscito playing whole season as LB?I didn't watch him much.

Secco didn't rule out the opportunity for a freebie so that could be one Eboué(still confused if he is or not), Guberti, that Swedish CB or another player not mentioned.

Bringing back Criscito would help out at the LB and CB position.

Thats not my wish, but if we get Cassano and Neddy's replacement
and keep CR, we might not need him until DP retires. I just said that i dont believe we will sell him even them,
at worst case scenario we might loan him out for a couple of years...
