Secco is a member of our club for a long time. He was also working for the "great" Moggi. So, he must have learned some good things from him but the problem is he is not experienced. He is very young (one of the youngest managers out there) and there is plenty of time to improve and learn. So far he has a good attitude. Old fox Luciano could give him some tips.
