120 minutes characterized by great emotions were too many for Antonio Conte’s voice. At the end of the game which saw the Bianconeri draw 2-2 against Milan and get through to the Coppa Italia final, the Bianconeri’s manager was completely voiceless and left his assistant coach Angelo Alessio under the spotlights.

In his press conference, Alessio commented on the manager’s conditions and the game at the Juventus Stadium: “Antonio always lives each match with passion, and now he’s voiceless. We’ve shown a great performance, and this has occurred thanks to the lads who strongly wanted to get through to the final. They’ve been giving their all for eight months in order to achieve this goal. This evening, we’ve faced a great side, we’ve been forced to limit our pressing. We’ve been good in immediately reacting when Milan were in front, and in extra time we’ve reacted even better, creating three goal chances and finally netting with Vucinic.”
