Not really. The only service he gets right now is from Pirlo. If our wingers can start getting him some better crosses/passes I bet we will see him bang in some goals.

we have brought Vucinic for big money to play striker
and if quag wasn't injured Matri never came
I don't say he is bad but there are tons of better striker out there
if we reach cl I can see us buy a new striker (also to replace Alex) so no need for matri anymore

Who's better than him right now? Quag is pretty good but he doesn't have that same creativity and vision Vucinic does, Matri is great but he plays a different role, Del Piero is the best but he's getting pretty old. You can see from Conte playing him the most too that he's the best we have.

Vucinic will struggle as lone striker because he is more SS/LW than lone ST definitely! Vuc/Matri mark my words.
