Does same thing that everybody does, he is great.
I just found such comments a little more impressive last night I guess, because we all know about his lack of confidence, desperate need of goals and how much he has struggled in general lately, or actually, for quite a while, so I just loved to hear him say that. But you're right, they all do say that :D

The good thing about last nights goals are the fact that we almost certainly won't sell him to the Milanese if at all we do. Thought I'd like him to stay here if that's possible.

Meh. I blame Conte for 50% of Matri's scoring issues. Inexplicably dropping him for the STD infested retard last season shattered his confidence. And this season he's preferred Bendtner over him too in a lot of games.

Give the guy game time, let him build his confidence and feed him the ball in the box and he will score fairly regularly.
Absolutely correct sir! :tup::tup:

Dropping Matri to the bench in favour of Borriello is about the stupidest things Conte has done whilst at the helm, it wasn't a decisive f*ck up, but Borriello was without doubt our worst striker by far, his conversion rate was next to non-existent..

No, I'm very happy for him (and specially for Juventus) when he does what he did yesterday. But I can't stand what is going on here, like he was the best attacker in the world with some confidence issues. He is average when he is at his best...

Yeah because people have said he was the best attacker in the world :howler:

People see what they want to see on this forum I guess. We're just happy that a good, likeable and useful player on our team is back amongst the goals again.

I don't get why would any of the fans of their team would want someone from that team to fail so they could justify their dislike for that player. (unless it's bendtner... though even he after playing few matches for juve got me wishing him best)

Because so many people on this forum feel the need to be proven right at the expense of their own teams players. It fuels their internet egos.

Matri is overrated here a lot, so if I say it looks like he is the best I'm just exaggerating to make my point about him being overrated clear.

About good, I never considered him to be, 5 missed clear chances and 1 goal (in best times, not now) isn't really something exceptional. I don't think he is likeable even, but that is probably because of my frustration about his lack of quality.

This is so true. I don't think a single Juve team has divided fan opinions so much in the past largely because of fan boys across players.
