Oh, and welcome and good luck Alessandro.

We need a striker up there who is capable and confident. He's certainly confident and in good form, hopefully our team doesn't knock him down too quickly.

It's pointless arguing with the lovers of mediocre Italian talent Zlatan. I am all for Matri, for 6 months, or even on a permanent basis but for close to 8 Million Euros, not 10.

It seems Marotta enjoys getting fucked on deals by other presidents. He probably goes to a restaurant, orders a pizza, and pays 200 Euros for it.

Welcome to Juve, Matri.. Although i don't like the money we will paid for him and thought this was more of risky business regard of his quality.. I hope he can turn to be a great player for us..

What did you expect him to do in one day?

I hope we get to see Matri-Quag upfront somewhere this season. Two strikers that are capable of doing something useful upfront by themselves.

The way I see it is that in loan deals with buying options you are forced to pay over the value of a player because you're also paying for the luxury of not keeping the player if he flops. And if he doesn't flop and becomes the best thing since sliced bread, his value would have undoubtedly risen. Loans with options to buy are a bet on the future and both teams need to feel secure, that whatever the outcome of the stint they have decent options.

:wallbang: :sergio: :sigh: At least not overpay for mediocre Italian talent. I can't believe some of you are defending this ridiculous transfer.
He's done better than any of our strikers this season. It's not like we could have gotten Ibrahimovic instead; he's better than what we have at the moment and even though that's not saying much; I don't see a reason to be against this transfer.

We'll probably be selling IQ and Amauri soon if you're worried about the financial aspect.

Nah. He is ordering a pizza but can't afford it. Because yesterday he spent that 200 euros for a rotten bread. Then he goes for sack of potatoes. But he can't even buy whole sack, so he is buying a potato day by day.
