Juve want Tevez and Kolarov
By Football Italia staff

Juventus are reportedly setting their sights on Manchester City duo Carlos Tevez and Aleksandar Kolarov.

The Bianconeri are eager to improve their squad over the summer to become more competitive in Europe after a second consecutive Scudetto.

According to Sport Mediaset, their first target for ‘top player’ in attack is now Tevez, surpassing Gonzalo Higuain of Real Madrid and Fiorentina’s Stevan Jovetic.

This is because his contract expires next summer and he could be available at a fairly small price-tag.

It is certainly not the first time that Tevez has been linked with a move to Italy, though until now he has always patched up his differences with Manchester City.

Juve are also thought to be tracking one of his teammates at Eastlands, as Kolarov would be a valid option for the left wing.

The Corriere dello Sport claims Kolarov has already told City directors he is unhappy and would like a move away from the club.

The Serbian is no stranger to Serie A, having arrived in Manchester from Lazio, and Juventus hope to take him for around €10m.

Asamoah > Kolarov.

I've seen more defensive mistakes from Kolarov in one game than a whole year for Asamoah.

because Kolatov should be used as an attacking winger not like a fullback ...he is very bad when it comes to defense
He's not even that good offensively. It's not like he can dribble 3 defenders. He can just put in 100 mph crosses and take weird angle shots. In the end, Asamoah still had something like 9 assists which is an enormous number for a wingback. Kolarov, even if people here think he's better offensively, surely isn't so much better that we can forget his defense and his huge mental lapses.

And ya, paying 10M for him is crazy when we don't even need him.

i was all for kolarov last season but once asamoah came i agree with the above posts he is not needed. If it was a bosman and fuck yea, depth, free why not but 10m for someone that isnt needed and isnt going to leave the oil rich PL for Serie A just to sit on the bench as Juve. Iv heard asamoah may go in the middle again but where does that leave mvpp? Marchisio as vital as he is with his visionary runs and usualy big moment goals got push up field to SS to allow a 20 year old oh has obviously impressed Conte enough to actually move marchisio. But if we sign these 2 forwards that Conte wants then obviously Marchisio will be pushed back to midfield or maybe on the bench? who knows. Asa isnt going back in the middle, he got his form back and played great, kolarov isnt needed and if purchased it will definitely not be for 10m. We just got peluso aswell and didnt atalanta demand a must purchase clause at the end of the loan?. Whatever Kolarov isnt needed.

His offensive threat will more than make up for not great defending ability.

By Mancini who's one of the worst coaches.

He was playing great in Serie A and was one of the best players.

I think he would be great here and if the price is right it would be a very good move.
