I don't know the size of the transfer budget but I guess Moggi is now busy on trying to sell all the surplus of the roster. As I believe money of future transfers of Miccoli, Appiah etc. have already been "used". Like Giraudo said first they have to sell players if they were to buy any .. and there's no money to start the renovation of the stadium either, I know nobody has told reasons why it's put on hold but it's obvious reasons are financial. Also I know that transfer budget is completely different than the budget that's reserved for the stadium-project, but still. Moggi's strategies are not that effective anymore as any of his "friends" is not capable of buying those unneeded players anymore. Times have changed.

Again some 3:30AM flow of thoughts:rolleyes::sleepy:

Breaking news

this is from milan web site:

PRESS SURVEY - GILARDINO: 'The Parma judge, that's all we need'
7/17/2005
MILAN - Gazzeta dello Sport reports an interview with Alberto Gilardino: ’Now the Parma judge, that's all we need! He explained that my contract will have to be pu up for a real auction. To be honest, I'm not so happy. I'm not an item of estate, a thing or an object. If nothing moves, I'll join Parma pre-season camp on Monday. But it will be different from what I had expected. And I'm really sorry for this. Fiorentina wanted to sign me, among the big clubs, no-one else made an offer for me. If it were not Milan, it will be bad for everyone: I'll leave as a free agent in 2007.'

:D

I love Gila and would much rather see him remain a gialloblu before going somewhere like Milan. :yuck:
Yeah let him stay until we have sufficient funds and need for his play. I'd hate for Milan to grab another player that I like! :groan: (Nesta, Stam, Sheva, Pirlo)...
