Juventus’ close links with Parma could make all the difference in the race to sign Alberto Gilardino.

The striker is a target for Juve, Milan, plus Inter and the Tardini outfit have hinted that they could reach a deal with the Turin giants.

"I have a long memory and I can’t forget that Juventus have given us £100m in exchange for players over the years," administrator Luca Baraldi told Tuttosport.

"We’ve used that money to settle a lot of debts and bring in promising youngsters with a great future.

"In the meantime, Juventus have won a lot by investing in men such as Gigi Buffon, Lilian Thuram and Marco Di Vaio.

"We have a sincere friendship with the Bianconeri."

Gilardino will be sold in the summer after another prolific season, following his 22 League goals so far.

Milan were believed to be in pole position for the Italian international but Baraldi is waiting for developments.

"Gilardino will obviously join the club who offer the biggest fee," continued the Gialloblu official.

"If Milan offer more than Juventus then it is clear that Alberto will be wearing the Rossoneri shirt.

"However, up to now we have had no concrete offers from any club so far."

Parma should give us some discounts for all the money we spent on their players.

i really want Gilardino!hes a Juventus fan and thats what is needed with the departure of the older players such as Ferrara, Conte and Montero! Gilardino can help put some passion into the Juventus side that could be missing next season and become the next Del Piero

if we sign him ...... only we neeed cassano and it's over :D
You really want the hole package rigth? :D

I can asure you that IF we get Gilardino, we propably will not get Cassano...

At the moment the options are:

1- We get one of the two

2- We don't get none

yeah that could be a more posible scenario...

But the two at the same time... well I only see that happening if Moggi wasn't at Juve, and besides I don't see that we need both of them...

In fact, we don't get any of them I think our front line is not that bad at all... of course that doesn't mean that I don't want Gila in Juve... :D
