    Reza, I bet you looked that one up somewhere. Those are all theoretical speeds, it all depends on the provider what you get. In Norway they offer you 384/128kbps and they call that broadband... :rolleyes:

    But as you can see, 2mbps is a large improvement on 384kbps ;)

    yup ,when i said i have a 56kbps i meant that magical 3.5 to 4
    kbps.

    by the way don't worry internet 2 is soon comming and i
    think norway will be pioneer in that case.:)

    No, I was talking all in kilobits per second. All my numbers are. :) That means my current top speed is about 35 kilobytes per second and in the future will hopefully be around 256
    kilobytes per second.

    Well you know internet 2 has been coming for years but I still don't see anything.... :D

    My ADSL equipment has been delivered and I'm waiting for my line to turn 'live'.
    Just a couple more days and I'll be enjoying download speeds of 60 kilobytes/s...............Can't wait!
