He's got the same agent as Pato. Maybe it's a 2 for 1 deal à la Raiola. :p

I think there's a good chance to land him next season if he doesn't re-sign there. He's good friends with Coman. :D

Roma also want him.

Eventually, PSG would have to stop the bleeding, wouldn't they?

Losing Coman is one thing, and I'm sure they are none too pleased about that, but to potentially lose Rabiot as well?

Would they have ANY home grown talent for CL roster purposes?

Excellent but it's a long time between now & next season. Hopefully Coman & Pogba add some serious French peer pressure.:p

Their oil money mentality means they just fill out any weak positions with ready made stars, so they probably don't give two shits about losing players who they may or may not want to use in half a decade. As long as they meet the bare minimum requirements for homegrown players, they will be unlikely to care about where their youth players wind up.

They'd have to put 23 names instead of 25 if they have a 3rd keeper that's HG and Ongenda for example.

But that's just it. Who would they even have left that is home grown and something worth more than just a name to fill a UEFA mandated roster spot?

No idea, but even if their homegrown players are useless they'll fulfil their 'purpose' of letting PSG compete in Europe. Beyond that, they're probably not looking to develop players at all as they can just buy the finished product every Summer.

Speaking about Raiola, what's up with Abate?
