Well if you're looking to grab a video stream and mix in your music, I imagine you would need some degree of familiarity with video editing software.

You'd have to send them the video file too. It's really not that hard though. All you have to do is learn how to use Windows Movie Maker for about 2 minutes and you'll figure it out
